How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 10-15 business days depending on customs processing.

Are Pro Lash products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All of our lashes and adhesives are 100% cruelty-free and have never been tested on animals.

What is your return policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

How many times can I reuse my lashes?

With proper care and cleaning, Pro Lash strips can be reused up to 25 times. Always store them in their original tray to maintain their shape.

Which adhesive do you recommend for sensitive eyes?

We recommend our ‘Sensitive Bond’ adhesive, which is latex-free and formaldehyde-free, specifically formulated to minimize irritation for delicate eyes.

Can I track my order?
